Fees for Corporate and Academic Registration include Welcome Reception, all refreshment breaks, lunch (Nov 10 and 11), all presentation and poster sessions. Student registrations include all except lunches, for which vouchers will be available for purchase at the Registration Desk. All attendees have the option of adding a formal dinner which will be taking place on November 10, 2008.
The registration fee for this congress includes applicable taxes, and workshop materials. Advance reservations will be accepted by facsimile; full payment is required in advance. Cancellations received in writing on or before October 20, 2008 will be eligible for a full refund minus a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be made available after this time.
