Dietary Exposure

Dietary exposure assessments are not only required for new product development, but also in safety study design and assessments, and for regulatory petitions, including food additives and ingredients, dietary supplements, novel foods, and Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) substances. Cantox uses the most recent food consumption databases and techniques to calculate dietary exposure estimates for our clients.
